    About this House

Attention Developers and Investors! Rare opportunity to acquire a cleared, ready-to-build lot in the rapidly appreciating Haddington neighborhood of West Philadelphia. Situated on a quiet residential block, this RSA-5 zoned parcel is perfectly suited for a modern single-family home. The location offers excellent connectivity, just blocks from the Market-Frankford Line and minutes from University City’s major employment hubs and hospitals. With new construction popping up throughout the 19139 zip code, this is an ideal entry point for a fix-and-build or a long-term hold. Property is being sold in AS-IS condition. Buyer is responsible for all U&O and due diligence.

"While things are improving and there is new development, gentrification hasn’t affected this neighborhood like other parts of philly. Most of the people have been here a while, grew up here there whole lives. While crime does happen, it is rarely random. Lot of police presence but they only worry about big stuff. Here you have grandparents waiting in the porch for their grandkids to come visit and see old lady’s walking to church on Sunday. Very easy to access everything the city has to offer. "
    • Quierr D.
"It’s pretty ok to live here. A lot goes on here the crime has not sky rocket so that’s a good thing. The mail gets delivered and the streets need mores cleaning "
