"This township is very closed. Unless you were born and raised there and your parents too. Other than that you are considered an outsider"

"wonderful nieghborhood. just wish that people would keep their lawns and front yards more clean...sometimes theres trash thrown in the streets...buildings are beautiful and the community is really nice."

"L lived here for one year and people is okay, but I want to move back to stroudsburg or East stroudsburg "
  • Pgsmale
"I was raised here and have lived here, off and on for 45 years. While I notice the subtle shifts toward a more diverse population, there have not been major problems often associated with such needed change. The town still remains a quiet haven from the hectic pace most of us must commute to. This more relaxed atmosphere most likely difuses many of the tensions that come with change. "
  • Vanessakresge
"I’ve only lived here a few months but I love it. Even though it’s in town it’s more quiet than living in other towns in close proximity to other people. Everyone is pretty nice and i finally feel at home "
  • Nathalie V.
"I love the fact that it’s so welcoming and friendly and everything is within walking distance. "
