Very safe and allot of conveniences to local stores, restaurants and schools. Everything is very close and the town is well maintained. The town continues to grow and offer more and more amenities."

"Our street is one of the better streets in Lake Mohawk. We have a fairly flat street. Kids play in the street because there is little traffic. Neighbors are friendly, and we are walking distance to the Lake with a beautiful beach and a lagoon. Boating is wonderful here."

"My family and I own a 2nd house here on Lake Mohawk. We live on Maple Parkway, which is a very calm and quiet street. The only downside is that if your house is 4-5 houses away from Beach 6, you can hear people."

"We have black bears living in our backyard and we love it! Our property butts up against 17 acres of protected wetlands which is ideal for all sorts of wildlife. A quarter mike down the road you’ll find horse farms and pristine lakes. Our homes in our neighborhood are well-kept and there are school-age children everywhere. "
