We are ideally looking for at least a 12 month lease. Owner requires home to be maintained to level at which home was initially rented, including the yard. Option to either personally maintain the front and backyard or pay extra fee of $100/month

Deposit due at signing along with any pet fees. Small dogs allowed (owners discretion). No smoking of any kind allowed on the premises.
