About this House

This house is NOT available to move in until July 1, maybe the weekend before. Clean 1-story home with wood looking tile in the whole house, no carpet. Comes with refrigerator, oven/range, washer & dryer. It has granite countertops in the kitchen. This home has rare back patio for this community and is located in Conroe ISD. Great schools. Easy access to 99, 45 and the Hardy.

Our company's ideal tenant will have a maximum of 4 occupants in the house, maximum two pets under 20 pounds each, minimum credit score of 660, minimum income of 3X - 5X rent depending upon occupants, minimum job/salary history of one year and no felony convictions. The minimum lease term is 12 months. We are open to negotiation if most of these conditions are met.

If you are interested after viewing the property, we will need a detailed application completed on each occupant over the age of 18 and the application fee for each person is $50. We will check all applicant's credit, criminal, employment/salary and rental history.

There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $350 per pet. If a pet is spotted on the property and the pet is not on the lease, there is an initial $1,000 penalty and $100 per day thereafter the tenant violates the pet restrictions.
