It is less than three miles from Athens Christian School and down the road from Hull-Sanford Elementary in the low tax district of Madison County. It is less than 15 minutes from UGA and within 5 miles of Athens Tech. Nearby are two great grocery stores--Ingles and Kroger. The neighborhood is a cul-de-sac and is great for jogging and strolling kids or walking dogs. The neighbors are friendly and protective. "
