About this House

Bright & spacious corner condo in the Market House building overlooking CHS Field in Lowertown St. Paul (you can see home plate while you do dishes!) This is a true one level condo (not lofted) with five HUGE windows, three in the living/kitchen area and two in the bedroom. Extra high ceilings with historic wood timber beams, exposed brick walls, and lots of charm. The condo is around 800 square feet, larger than many downtown condos.

Rental Details:
-Available November 1st or December 1st, however that's somewhat flexible.
-Rent is $1,525 per month, which includes most utilities and even internet, see more on specifics below.
-We have attempted to price the rent very fairly, and in exchange we're looking for a responsible tenant to take great care of our former home.-Security deposit is $1,525
-Up to one cat and one dog are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per month. (Dog park is right across the street!) We must approve breed and size at our sole discretion and per building HOA rules. No aggressive breeds.
-Furnished option: move right in with all of the furniture you see in place for an extra $100/month if you'd like. (Clothing, books, kitchen utensils, cookware, piano and other personal items will all be removed.)
-500mbps fiber internet & WiFi included in the rent at no extra cost
-Hot and cold water for heating & air conditioning is included at no extra cost (you pay for the electric fan that blows the air, but not for the actual heating and cooling water)
-Water (including hot water), sewer, trash, and recycling are included at no extra cost
-You pay electricity bill to Xcel
-Heating & Cooling system is being re-done in the entire building and in each unit so you'll have a brand new HVAC system
-In-unit stackable washer & dryer stays. Kitchen appliances include: dishwasher, electric stove/oven, and fridge.
-Large electric fireplace unit and matching storage bench stay in the unit
-Tons of storage in the unit
-Parking is not included with the unit, however there are numerous parking options in the neighborhood starting at around $45/month

Rental Requirements:
-You will need to complete an application for a credit, criminal background, and evictions search.
-We ask for a minimum steady income of 2.5x the rent amount, however we're also willing to lower that some if you have 2+ years of solid rental payments & references at similar rent amounts.
-Most condos in the building are owner-occupied and there is great pride of ownership. We kindly ask that you treat the unit and building as if you were an owner. Following the HOA rules is a must!
-You must maintain renter's insurance while living in the condo.
-We do not accept Section 8 housing vouchers.
