Brand New LVP flooring in bedrooms + living room and tile throughout the rest of the home. Large front (partial fencing) and backyard (fully fenced-in). Wall unit A/C, Wall heater. 2 parking spots in the driveway plus tons of street parking. Garage is available for storage only (included in the rent); about 50 sq ft.

PLEASE NOTE: NO CENTRAL A/C OR HEATING. However, there is a WALL UNIT FOR A/C AND HEATING. They work extremely well for small homes; we do not intend to add central air and heating since these have worked well for previous tenants and are standard for the area.

Renter is responsible for gas, water, trash and electric. Small to medium pets are ok. Lawn service, will be paid for by the landlord. 2 parking spaces in the drive-way.

Also very close to unique and artistic park where you could walk to Rubidoux Mountain. R'mountain is a grate place to hike many go up for a nice fresh view up the mountain to see the city lights and unique view. And if your not a walker you could always go though the Santana Bike trail and test your self how far you could go. It's an active location and could always find something to do; with friendly a neighborhood everybody is welcomed "
