Samsung washer/dryer included, gas fireplace, doggy door leads into a dog run under the deck, freshly painted interior and exterior, comes unfurnished, newer plumbing and electrical, newer appliances, new Trex decks outside and entertaining decks out back, gas grille. Appointments 2pm-430pm or ask and will try and accommodate.

Utilities not included, 2 car parking, deposit is one month's rent, $500 flat pet deposit.
