About this House
FULLY FURNISHED SHORT-TERM RENTAL (June 12- Early August)
Your personal oasis in the heart of Denver. This is usually my living quarters but I will be out of the country from June 12- early August and am looking to rent the entire home. A monthly rental will be considered for the dates you prefer, and can be pro-rated for additional days.
You will have an entire house to yourself, about 2000 sq feet. There are 3 bedrooms, with the 3rd being an office with an American Leather couch that can be converted to a bed. The other two bedrooms have queen beds.
The upper level of my home, includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom, dining room and living room. ~Approx 1000 sq feet. Tastefully decorated with pieces from my travels in Asia and Africa.
The lower level suite comes with a huge master bedroom, plenty of closet and storage space, master bath, sitting room, and small kitchenette (as I sometimes Airbnb this space when I am home.) Also decorated with pieces from my travels in Asia and Africa, you will feel truly at home in this warm cozy space.
The home has gas heat, fiber wifi, a brand new gas insert fireplace, central AC if needed. The water heater and insulation are brand new in 2020. There are two full baths that are modern and recently refinished. One has a full Jacuzzi in addition to a shower. There is a lot a newly added outdoor cedar soaking tub that you can enjoy and use!
Park Hill is a lovely historic neighborhood in Denver with lots of charm. The style of the neighborhood is Arts and Crafts and many homes including this one are of a Tudor style. The neighborhood is quite friendly and very safe for early morning or evening strolls. City Park is a block away and great for running 4-8 mile jogs. The City Park Golf Course (a public golf course) is also a block away, as is the Denver Zoo and the Museum of Science. It is also 2 miles from I-70 with easy access to the airport (25 minutes) and the mountains (1.5 hours.)
This would be perfect space for a couple or a family who are either working in Denver/ Boulder short-term or who are moving to Denver and looking for their forever home. Fully furnished and full of loving touches, you will feel right at home in a convenient part of Denver.
Short term rental. Available dates: June 12 until early August.
Will consider 1-month lease.
Furnished with beautiful decor-- this is my home not a rental.
Utilities are included
Internet included
Amble street parking.
No smoking inside but plenty of outdoor space.
Pets welcome for a pet fee, to be determined by the type of pet.
