Parking Restrictions: Due to very limited parking of 1 assigned carport space onsite, households with 1 vehicle only are highly recommended. There is no additional parking available onsite and very limited parking outside of property for additional vehicles.

Water & Garbage paid. Cat ok w/ addt'l pet deposit (sorry no pet dogs).

    "I use the Highway which is close to my neighborhood. Outside of that, the county bus system is the only public transit. The commute traffic is bad. Aptos is bikeable around the highway but there are many tight roads and can be hilly. "
