    "Used to Live in neighborhood. 1. Numerous acts of vandalism, theft. 2..Area neighbors wildlife preserve. (rattlesnakes,coyotes, skunks) 3. No sidewalks. Loose particle surface on easement. 4. Fast food/1 Italian Restaurant--1 mile, Walmart/Vons--THREE miles. 5. Three county parks within SEVEN miles--pay per use. 6. Grade school within ONE mile. 7Adjacent property--.Multi-family rental of single family house. Adjacent property used to be used as child care center, FORTY vehicles trips/day. Used to have constant commercIal traffic due to illegal business operation in residential neighborhood. 8. Due to #7, vehicles parked in easement. 9 Several beer bars within five miles. 10. Bus route--one mile. 11. Poor. Expectations of neighbors are others should repair easement, rather than basing it on personal responsibility of who's traffic damaged it. (ie; commercial traffic, business usage) 12. Trash truck debris blow out of trucks, those who use trash trucks feel others should pick up trash.
