Five blocks from Oneida Park (illegal Pete's, esters, torpedo coffee, dang + more) Landlord / owners live nearby and manage the property themselves. Very close to the 20 bus line, direct to anschutz medical campus / downtown, as well as the 28 and 43 buses to downtown.

Rent includes sewer, water, trash, recycling, compost. Tenant is responsible for snow and lawn care, other utilities. 12 month lease preferred.
