This townhome is located 5 minutes from I-60, cross streets are Lindsay and Baseline. This Mesa address is in the Gilbert School District - excellent schools. Shopping, restaurants, etc, is within a mile. The community has a play area & community pool and if you have a toy, you can get on the list to park it in the common area parking.

This is a non-smoking home. There is a one car garage and one space in front of the garage. Pets are considered with well behaved parents. There is no additional fees/rent for pets. The entire home is being tiled with 24x12' tiles, all new white cabinets, granite counters, new French door to back yard. All pictures are old at this time. Home will be completed 8/29/25. The front yard is taken care of by the HOA, the back yard is mostly pavers/tile. Owner/landlord prefers long term leases. Tenant is responsible for replacing AC filters monthly, the first set of filters are supplied by the landlord. Application is $75/adult collected after email received with application, proof of last months income, copy of drivers licenses, pictures of any pets with description - age, spade/neutered, breed, shots, etc. Please let me know why you want this area and for how long.
