    "Quiet streets, Philippe creek, close to beaches and downtown It’s a nice neighborhood to live in. Neighborhoods mostly keep to themselves but are mostly friendly when you run into them on the street walking your dog or just taking a walk. There’s a nice park close by with a dog park. "

The people in this neighborhood are very nice and very welcoming to all of the neighbors. There is a public swimming pool only$4 per day all day to swim and there is also a huge park for all of the kids."
