Very private and quiet. Home has really nice local views, beautiful sunset views and full southern exposure. Also includes access to Swansboro private lakes, parks and full paved private airport. Search ( Swansboro Country) Property is approximately 2 mi from national Forest entrance with hundreds of miles of dirt roads and trails into El dorado national Forest. We also have a great volunteer fire department with EMT support and community assistance. Search (mosquito fire department) also we're getting a new bridge (like Forest Hill bridge!) already under construction that will make the drive here faster and safer bypassing the switch backs and the famous "mosquito bridge" from Placerville, search (mosquito bridge project). Also at nearby Finnan lake we have out neighborhood "Frank's diner" with indoor and outdoor lakefront seating where you can watch our resident nesting bald eagles, play Frisbee golf, go paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, dog walking, etc. Search ( Frank's diner).
