"Not too many dog walkers. Just clean up after your dog. The neighborhood is clean. Not too many areas to walk the dog and let him do his or her business though. Quiet respectful neighborhood. Friendly people. Clean and safe neighborhood. Always kept up. Children play outside so make sure that your dog is well trained and won't harm the children.
