The laminate floors throughout the home are gorgeous and extremely easy to clean. Each room has either 2" or 2 1/2" faux wood blinds and fresh, neutral paint. There is one covered parking space and drip irrigation for a few of the plants and trees. There's a huge garage on the edge of the property with separate street access. It is wired and ready to use for storage or as a workshop. The neighbors are pleasant and welcoming. Come by to see this home!

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
