"Hopefully pet owners will have them on a leash. I see one guy who walks a pit bull without a leash in my neighborhood and it makes me uneasy. I have a little dog and I don’t want her to get attacked! "

"It’s not your typical neighborhood. It’s out in the country. The roads are narrow and people drive crazy. There are no street lights and it’s very dark at night. Not very safe at all. "
