Description

** We will pay for the month of June rent, so if you move in on/before June 1st then you get 1+ month rent FREE. **

1 bed/1 bath, 760 ftsq, $1242, Pets welcome, Not furnished. No upfront costs. Great community! Near Five Points and North Hills.

Date available is flexible, between May 21 and June 30. Lease ends Nov 16, 2018.

This listing is to take over our current lease at $1242, with the option to renew the lease in November (process is outlined further down in the listing).
If you look at the Anderson Flats listings - this is the same as the current going rate for the A1 floorplan, and we are offering June rent FREE and NO upfront costs.
This is a GREAT apartment, community and location! We are leaving because we have been house hunting for a long time, and finally found a home, so we are looking for someone to take over our lease.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, facing the dog park. If you have a dog, this is a super dog-friendly apartment community. With a large dog park (I've seen some really tiny ones advertised in other communities as "dog parks").

-- Huge kitchen
-- Big windows with lots of light
-- Nice balcony with plenty of space for table and chairs
-- Dishwasher
-- Washer/Dryer
-- Shower/tub
-- Double vanity
-- Carpet in bedroom, hardwood floors throughout the rest, tile in the bathroom
-- We are the first occupants, so everything is still in really good condition

THE COST
MONTHLY
$1207 monthly base rent
$35 monthly trash fee + trash valet service (trash is picked up outside of door Sun thru Thur evenings)
$20 pet rent (no extra fee - just the $20 monthly pet rent - if you don't have a dog, the office said they will drop this fee)
== $1242 per month + $20 (if you have a cat or dog)

ONE-TIME
$75 -- one time application fee (if you are approved, we'll reimburse you)
$125 -- professional apartment cleaning (we will pay this so that you have a perfectly clean home to move into)
NO deposit or pet deposit (assuming your credit is good)
== $0 (if credit check approved)

You pay water, electric and internet/TV (you can choose whatever provider, we have AT&T Fiber).

THE COMMUNITY AND LOCATION
There is a pool, grilling area by the pool, nice community indoor areas, a well-stocked gym and a game room with a pool table. Very easy access to a beautiful section of the Raleigh Greenway - which you can use to cut through into the back of Five Points and take weekend walks to the coffee shops, restaurants, movie theater and bars there. It's a quick walk to Kroger for last-minute grocery items, and a quick drive to Costco and Trader Joe's. In the other direction, a quick drive to North Hills. We have also enjoyed walking on the Greenway to concerts at The Ritz.

The office is very friendly and helpful. If you need temporary housing, this is a great solution. Or if you love living here, you can renew. Once the current lease terms end in November 2018, you could renew the lease and the office says rates are now renewing at around $30-$40 per month.

You will need to go through the normal application process with the Anderson Flats office and be approved, and then the lease would officially switch to your name.

"They will like it. It’s very clean and nice and people pick up after their dogs. Some business cater to your furry friends by having treats for them, even providing a bowl of water outside if their doors. "
  • Trulia User
"It is a beautiful apt community. Great layout of the complex and apts. It is a very safe well maintained community."

"Too many cars that speed through they could easily hit and kill a dog. There are also too many people walking their dogs off leash on the greenway. "
  • Trulia User

  • Shelley K.
"Inman Park has a greenway connector, lots of nature, mature, well-kept landscaping, nice neighbors, family-friendly, pool, walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Beautiful area very convenient to the Beltline and the airport."

"So much to do and a safe area to live! North Hills is still growing and always offering events and new places to go. Downtown is very close and easy to get to! There are many sidewalks to use and the neighborhoods are maintained. This has been a great place to live so far and I hope that we can find a home in this area. With the continued growth, it is hard to find something in our price range."
  • Jennifer S.
