We also offer free parking that's available on a first come, first serve basis. All our residents pay for utilities is electricity!Colonade & Washington Manor have beautifully styled apartments with an accent of colonial charm that awaits you at these properties in Elyria. Offering remodeled one and two bedroom apartments in a convenient and comfortable setting. Kitchens were updated with new light wooden cupboards, formica counter tops, all brand new black or white appliances including built-in microwave &/or dishwashers and new ceramic tile flooring. Our larger kitchens have an extended counter top with more cupboard space below overlooking our living rooms and are perfect for those who'd like to utilize this feature as a breakfast bar!Bathrooms have been updated with vintage style stand alone sinks, new medicine cabinets with mirrors & great lighting above, update tubs & toilets and new ceramic tile flooring with matching ceramic tile on the walls surrounding the tub and shower!Colonade & Washinton Manor does allow cats living on-site, but restrictions may apply. Upon move in or obtaining your pet, we do require a signed pet agreement and a $250 pet deposit. We also require a monthly fee of $15 per cat, allowing up to two cats maximum! Being in the heart of Elyria, Colonade & Washington Manor are Just minutes from I-90, I-80, & I-480 and are centrally located to the amenities that allow you to enjoy your free time. An open picnic area is available for the enjoyment of the outdoors and is a perfect setting to cookout during the hot summer days!Shopping and dining are only minutes away and close at hand are churches, the YMCA, and public library. These buildings are also within a short distance to restaurants, plazas, pharmacies, banks, great shopping and much more!All of this creates a relaxed and convenient life style and a place you can truly enjoy calling home.Colonade Apartments & Washington Manor offer a full 12 month lease for your first year, but offers shorter lease term options after your first year!
