Garage will not be included in the lease, but you do have use of the driveway and street parking . Tenants are responsible for maintaining the backyard clean and front area is owner maintained. Home is equipped with security cameras and door bell camera. Upon receiving your rental agreement the tenants will need to establish and pay for there own account with Blink to continue with this service

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail.
