It's a good school, the teachers there are great working with students and is a fun place to be at. They also have a basketball team and a volleyball team which you could join in from 7th to 8th grade. Great teachers at Hoover to help you learn and counselor as well. It's a pretty good place to make friends, and lots of fun things. It's a good school and I should recommend it to everyone here.

There is lack of communication with the principal when needed, you can call leave messages, emails several times and still not hear back from her. The vice principal is not any better. The office staff rarely answers the phone and when they do it's usually someone who has no idea what they're doing or what needs to be done or how to do it. I can honestly say this is the worst school I have ever had my child in. He was lucky enough to get two really good teachers. Even people that are contracted with this school but don't actually work in the school even agree that it is one of the worst.

Very positive. The school is quickly improving and students are growing socially and academically.
