      "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 27 years. The city does not do adequate maintenance on the infrastructure, subsequently our neighborhood has flooded twice in the past year. Houses can be purchased for far less than their replacement cost. "

An old port town with lots of rich history . Local property taxes are the lowest around the area with private businesses popping up everywhere . Unemployment is low and the housing market is one of the best in the nation ."
