Open to the dinning area, down 1/2 level is the living room and a half bath. The living room features a vaulted ceiling, a floor to ceiling lava rock fireplace and a wall of windows. A sliding door opens up to an elevated deck.
The treehouse like master bedroom on the uppermost level has a Birdseye view with lots of windows and two large closets with organizers. Check out the master bath. The walk-in shower features tile and travertine, 1/4 in thick frameless glass doors, and a Delta scold proof valve and stainless trim. The modern twin sinks with stainless faucets and espresso vanity finish off this beautiful bathroom.

The bottom levels are for the family room, two bedrooms, a full bath, the laundry room, and a storage room. This is where the family hangs out. The rock floor to ceiling fireplace competes with the wall of windows for a focal point. Just out the sliding glass door is a large 2nd deck. There is complete privacy here as lots of trees and flora surround the back yard.

The full bath services the family room and the 2 bedrooms. It features a scald proof shower with stainless trim, a duel flush, low flow toilet with a soft close lid, a nickel faucet and light bar, an espresso color cabinet with a travertine tile top.

The laundry room has a tile floor. The far cupboard is the depository for a laundry shoot from upstairs. The washer/dryer are included.

    "I live off of Brittany, just south of 18th. The area is extremely safe, quiet and friendly. I have lived in the Friendly neighborhood and off of Cal Young in Eugene in the past and have never felt as safe in Eugene as I do in this area. One reason for this is the many retirees who live in the neighborhood. There are always folks out and about walking or working in their gardens and noticing who comes and goes. It is a VERY friendly neighborhood. We usually have at least one summer and one holiday party for the neighborhood a year and some neighbors have known each other for 40 plus years! As folks move on to retirement homes, younger families are moving in and really diversifying the neighborhood. The neighborhood feels really alive with an elementary, middle and high school all in walking distance. The closest good shopping is on West 11th (Fred Meyer etc.). It would be really great if we could revive the shopping center on Bailey Hill that is just south of 18th. It seems to have lacked good attention in recent years"
