"I have a real short commute because I work on pleasant view and don’t have to get on the freeway. Only have a few cars to get around "
  • Ruth Peters
"If you’re living at the station… I do not recommend it! They raise the rent constantly and they charge you for everything that breaks… Especially with wear and tear stuff."
  • Wesley Hutchinson
"It is a great neighborhood with lots of room and no excess noise. Friendly neighbors that are willing to help out"
  • Sabra_fair1
"Many dog owners live here and all love it. The city is bad about leaving bags for collecting dog feces, so bring your own."
  • Angie L.
"The schools in the area are some of the best. It’s nice to be in an area that feels somewhat less city like but you’re still not far from all the major stores and activities. Overall it is a nice place to live. "
  • Texasrose89
"We have a big Fourth of July firework show. Trick or treating is really big and we love visiting with neighbors."
  • Trulia User
"theres a park place and many children live here. its homey and a good area to live in. lots of fun activities for children nearby."
  • Collip1997
"We have some residence in our community who very lax pet owners. Please don’t be one of them. Please keep your dogs fenced in your backyard. If you don’t have a fence then install one of the invisible fences and train your dog with the shock collar. Animal services will ticket owners who walk their dogs without a leash."
  • Collip1997
"I've lived this neighborhood for eighteen years and in another Pleasant View neighborhood for four years. In my sixty-four years this the safest, most neighborly, clean, and well landscaped community that I've ever lived in. There is a true feeling of community here. I enjoy the proximity to parks and trails that lead into nature. At the same time access to grocery shopping, dining, fast food franchises, pharmacies, auto service are reasonably close by automobile. There are also three ski resorts within a forty minutes drive."
  • Paulimohs
"My family and I have lived in this town for three months. We like it here. it's quiet and safe for their children. The view of the mountains is incredible. We love the access to the bjgger cities and the wilderness in either direction ."
  • Collip1997
"I've lived in Pleasant View for twenty-one years and in my current neighborhood for seventeen years. I enjoy my neighbors and know them well. However, I also enjoy the sense of privacy, and nicely landscaped home gardens."
  • cole
"Very quiet and safe neighborhood with great schools."
