This includes any form of personal transportation that requires a motor or engine to operate that has not been submitted and approved by the host through text or email.

No Irregular or Unapproved Items: To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, the bringing of any items not typical to a vacation rental, such as large equipment, oversized furniture, or other irregular or unauthorized items, is strictly prohibited, that has not been submitted and approved by the host through text or email.

Furniture and Property Movement

Do Not Move Furniture: Guests are kindly asked not to move any furniture inside or outside of the property. This includes rearranging or relocating furniture, as it may damage the property or interfere with its setup and functionality.

Trash Bins: Guests are also not permitted to move or relocate trash bins. Please dispose of waste in the designated areas without moving any bins from their original placement.

Please note that our property is currently undergoing further renovation phases, and other residents are still moving in. As a result, you may experience some noise during regular business hours. -No parties, please. Gatherings with family/friends are permitted (if prior submitted and authorized). *Per Airbnb policy, a party is defined as 17 or more people* but due to Long Beach City ordinances for this property, no more than 8 guests are permitted to a stay.

- Loud music, noises, screaming, or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are between
9pm and 8am. Please be respectful of the adjacent neighbors. You will be asked to
leave if the neighbors complain, and this will also result in the termination of your reservation.

- There is no access to the mailbox. Please refrain from sending anything through
USPS.

CHECKOUT TIME:

- Dispose of the trash in room before your departure.

-There are 8 cameras on the exterior of the property. No cameras are inside. 5 are in the front, 2 are in the back, and 1 on the side.

- Please inform us if anything breaks in the house.

- There is a $30.00 dollar charge for a damaged towel, $50.00 damaged sheets, and $100.00 Duvet

- No smoking/ vape within the property or around neighbors' homes. There is a
dedicated smoking areas on the deck in front.
- Smoking/vape is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. Neither cannabis nor
cigarettes are allowed. VIOLATION OF THE SMOKING RULES WILL RESULT IN AN
IMMEDIATE CLEANING CHARGE OF $1000.

- We do not allow any tampering with our security devices. This includes the Wifi system, the Minut noise monitoring system, the X-Sense Wi-Fi Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (which automatically remotely notifies Host if tampered with), the cameras, and the UltraLocQ an Eufy Security encode door lock. If any of these are tampered with, we reserve the right to dispatch security officers or management
to the premises. This will also result in the termination of your reservation.

By renting our property, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner and
Owner's Representative from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, cost, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to Occupant, Occupant's guests or licensees, or their personal property
