About this House

The past 2 tenants (8 years total) have taken really good care of the property and it is extremely good condition. I want to make sure the new people who love the home as much as the last 2 families who have lived here. Thanks for looking!

This home is located in the Berkeley housing edition, allowing you access to the community pool and park amenities. Open floor plan with family size kitchen that opens up to the living room and dining room. New porcelain wood floors throughout the entire house. Large windows throughout the house make the house bright and welcoming. Large master bedroom with a walk-in closet and spacious bathroom. Spacious second bedroom with a large closet. Third, smallest bedroom has a walk-in closet. The living room has a remote control operated drop down 100 inch projector screen (please refer to the pictures). This is a patio style home with a new fence installed recently; the backyard grass is 5 feet wide by 38 feet long (easy upkeep). The home itself is 1558 sq feet. Recently installed new cooktop and oven. AC unit is only 1 year old. An option to use the ADT alarm, 2 security cameras. and door bell equipment.

Renter pays all the utility bills. Last month rent due upfront. Owner pays the HOA fees.

Lots of young families and within a 15 drive to downtown Norman, grocery stores, pharmacy and schools . I’ve never felt more safe and cared for in a neighborhood "

Tacos los gauchos has the best queso birria, tamashii ramen house has amazing ramen, sweet basil, volcano sushi Tuesday specials, neighborhood jam.. the list goes on. Dog parks, the health club gym, and friendly people. We love it here. "
