This is a low maintenance property, beautifully landscaped with cactus and palm trees. The lot has two full hookup RV sites, with water, sewer, and electric (20,30, and 50 amp) service. Single car garage with workshop. Two Alumawood awnings over patio and front walkway. All appliances including washer and dryer stay with the home. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room. Very large kitchen with lots of cabinets. Lots of storage in bedroom closets. A new heat pump was installed in 2010 that provides all heating and cooling needs, and is tied into the central air, electric furnace heating system. Most furnishings inside house will be available to purchase if desired as part of the sale.
