About this House

All you need in a rental is right here! Location, comfort and value is what we boast!

This is a 1930's Craftsman style bungalow with original hardwood floors in the living and dining areas. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were recently updated. It also has a laundry room and decent sized walk-in closet off the master bedroom. It has a fenced in, grassy front yard and a back yard with lots of shade. The house is completely furnished and easily sleeps 6 to 7 people.

We are conveniently located in the up-and-coming 5 Points/Manhattan Heights neighborhood within walking distance of a nice park with swimming and tennis, numerous restaurants and bars and a large bus/rapid transit transfer station.

The property is just off of I-10, meaning it is just a 5 minute drive from downtown El Paso and less than 15 minutes to a number of hospitals, Fort Bliss and El Paso's major shopping malls.

There are two other, smaller rental units on this property, and they may use the yard, but the house itself is all yours.

Renter would be responsible for electricity, water and gas . Pets are allowed but must be cleaned up after. There is a $500 pet deposit for each pet.

Absolutely no smoking of anything is allowed on this property, and we expect that renters will keep the unit clean. We also ask that renters be respectful of other tenants on the property.

  • Trulia User
"This is a good neighborhood but I have one huge complaint...drivers drive WAY too fast for a neighborhood. "
  • bonniejuarez432
"The bus stop is one block away and downtown is 6 minutes away. Freeway access is five minutes away and I’m surrounded by shops and grocery stores "
  • Sharika L.
"It’s an established neighborhood with very similar early 1999 homes that make great starter homes. We just moved here and met all our neighbors and it is close to up and coming spots."
  • bonniejuarez432
"Cars drive down the street too fast. If your pet gets out, or god forbid a child runs across the street, they run the risk of getting hit. "

"this is near or is in the manhattan heights historic district, a neighborhood of older homes, many quite beautiful. It has a large park as its anchor, with a nearby library, elementary school, tennis courts and indoor pool. some of the homes are not well kept, but many are exceptional."
  • Axbarraz
"This area is an older are with many fine older homes some are fixer uppers with wood floors, basements, fireplaces, large yards. This area is perfect for retirees and up and coming families."
