About this House

This is a beautiful craftsman bungalow. Inside there are 2 large bedrooms plus a bonus room /office in the back. The living room has big windows, built in shelving, pocket doors and hardwood floors. The dining room also has impressive bump out window seats and built in cabinets and shelving. The kitchen has newer appliances and granite countertops (see the updates sheet). The plumbing and electric were completely new in 2005. The roof new in 2016 and tank-less water heater 2017, foam insulation in crawl. There is a great deck out back and tv viewing area for football games etc.

    "I wouldn't call Riverside a "family" based side of town. It certainly can sire a family, but I wouldn't recommend the public schools here for kids. It's getting very crowded in Riverside, and I've lived here for over 20 years. However, if you're a young couple starting out, or in college with roomies, then it's very inviting, the night life is nice, plenty of hot spots, restaurants, shopping, live music etc. This side of town is for rich folk who's kids have moved out, or for young adults."
