Recently renovated with new floors, fresh paint and brand new windows! This property is placed in a quiet neighborhood near Eau Claire Soccer Park, Bollinger Fields, and Putnam Elementary. It is also conveniently located by CVTC, Walgreens, and multiple coffee shops in the East Hamilton Ave Area.

This apartment offers off-street parking in a newly renovated parking lot, as well as one assigned parking spot. Extra storage in the basement upon availability, as well as a newly remodeled patio. All other utilities are separately metered and are the tenant's responsibility. Each tenant has the option to rent a washer/dryer unit in the basement for an extra $20 a month. Sorry, no pets allowed at this property.
