This property is placed in a quiet neighborhood near Eau Claire Soccer Park, Bollinger Fields, and Putnam Elementary. It is also conveniently located by CVTC, Walgreens, and multiple coffee shops in the East Hamilton Ave Area.

This apartment offers off-street parking, as well as one assigned parking spot. Extra storage in the basement upon availability, as well as a patio. All other utilities are separately metered and are the tenant's responsibility. Each tenant has the option to rent a washer/dryer unit in the basement for an extra $20 a month. Sorry, no pets allowed at this property.

    "People seem to like dogs and are friendly towards them. People who have reactive dogs are very good about keeping a tight leash on them. Because it’s just a U-shaped cul-de-sac there aren’t a lot of interesting walks in the neighborhood unless you go several blocks away. I still find it enjoyable to walk my dog and watch the neighborhood be about its daily business."

Walking distance to near by shopping. Neighbors are friendly. By far the best neighborhood that my 4 kids have lived in. We love love love Eau Claire in general. Trust me....we've had to move to different states a lot for my husbands job. I told my husband I want to stay here until all our kids are out on their own. This neighborhood gets an A+ rating from this family."
