The house has LED lighting throughout, is wired for ethernet in most rooms (should you choose to use it), and has an efficient heat pump and electric water heater (house is all electric). Modern double pane windows provide a quiet environment inside and save electricity.

The house will be available October 1, 2021. New carpet is being installed in the living room a few days prior to this date.
