The guest house is a separate structure from the main house located on the property; however, it shares utilities, yard space, and the overall property with the main house. Tenants of the guest house should be aware that the main house may be occupied and that there is no separate utility metering or fully private yard space. No access to washer or dryer. Please do not disturb main house occupant. Access guest house parking through the back alley.

Nonqualified support animals are subject to monthly pet rent & additional non-refundable fee per pet.
