This recently remodeled one-bedroom apartment is part of a historic riverfront community and is available at a competitive rate. The unit features new flooring and walls, along with a fully updated bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. Included utilities are , water/sewer, garbage collection, and lawn maintenance; Electric internet service is not provided. Community amenities include a heated pool, shuffleboard courts, clubhouse, boat dock and fishing pier, tiki hut, fire pit, and a pay-per-load laundry facility. Apartments only have 1 available parking spot per unit, no other parking areas available.
Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment. Move-in costs consist of first month's rent and one month's security deposit, contingent upon a qualifying background and credit check ($50 per person, non-refundable).

Owner pays for Water /Sewer/ Garbage and Lawn-care . Tenant is responsible for Electric cable .We do require a Clean Background & Credit Check ($50 per person non-refundable ) Non -Smoking , No Pets 55+ community none under 45 need apply .Laundry Facility is on site
