Backyard is not fenced but has a wood porch leading out the back door or from the garage. We do accept pets (some breed restrictions) with a non-refundable pet deposit. One year lease minimum required plus house deposit of $2250

Tenant(s) will be responsible for all utilities including water, trash, and electricity services. Any other services such as wifi or television service and/or any other such services, will be at tenant(s) expense.

Tenant(s) will be responsible for lawn maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, and bush trimming.

Pet deposit is $300 per pet. Prefer pet size under 40 pounds but negotiable. Some breed restrictions due to property insurance.

    "In a word, terrible. 75 is under construction and it takes forever to get anywhere. Within town it’s quick, as long as it’s not during peak traffic. The infrastructure cannot handle the current load. The mornings take 15 minutes or longer to get through the main light. And the evenings are worse. No one knows how to use a two-way service road and you’ll sit at the main light for 20+ minutes unless you can go a different way. "
