Spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 bath upstairs apartment in a two-story Spanish-style fourplex. It has hardwood floors throughout, 9 foot ceilings, minor remodel in bath as well as kitchen, and a ceiling fan in the dining area. (And each bedroom). The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless Fridge/stove.
The bath has a tiled tub-surround, a black granite countertops with a colorful vessel sink
The integral laundry room has a washer/dryer, and a laundry tub, There's a door to downstairs back exit.
 It also has a lockable one car garage with a garage door opener, and a door which leads to the back yard. The garage also has some storage. The back yard has flowering trees, a blood orange tree, and patio seating.
Trash and water are included in the rent, and the unit has gas heat (but no AC). The building itself is Spanish style with clay roof tiles, and a courtyard at the entry to the building.
 The building is situated 1/2 way between downtown Long Beach and and Second St, where there are shops, restaurants, banks and stores. It's a block to Bixby Park (picnicking, dog-walking), and it's about 700 yards to the water
 Long Beach is an older city, however it has a young and vibrant new leadership which has plans for a new, modern city center. In all, Long Beach presents as the last Oceanside city with reasonable rents.
