Laundry room with washer and dryer included (provided as-is). Two car garage with electric opener and storage cabinets. Large office/den with built-in desk and shelving. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and master bath has a walk-in shower. House is heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump. This is a great home in a very nice, well maintained neighborhood. Rent includes water, sewer and common area grass mowing. Tenant is responsible for weeding and trimming the planter areas around the house. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $2,000 refundable security deposit and $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We do not accept cosignors nor comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.     "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
