They will provide a Fido score which will determine the pet rent charged based on risk factors. Pet rent ranges from $20-$80/mo. You will submit an application to Petscreening by following the link on our application while filling out the tenant app. The resident benefits package renters insurance includes dog bite coverage as well!

All PMI Commonwealth residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $40.95/month which includes utility management, renters insurance ($10k of personal coverage as well as dog bite coverage), HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments, $1M Identity Protection, move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! Application turnaround time: 2-3 business days depending on how quickly your references respond to our inquiries.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDifficult because of the number of broken bones, bruises, and contusions, due to bullying/assault/battery that goes without consequences. There are more teachers in this school with advanced degrees in their subject matter than in most schools. As a parent, I would support stronger rules and expectations. My "expectation" of the school would be hardline discipline for repeat students who never get consequences, support of fine teachers, and backing by parents and students of the administration making a full, safe, quiet(in the classroom) educational environment where all children can advance academically.Parent Review8y ago - Carrysbrook Elementary

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers have limited resources, however work hard to close gaps with high energy and effort. It’s 100% SOL focused, process discipline with very little free learning. There’s severe bullying tolerance with teachers lacking effective practices of addressing it. Administrative leadership at this school is top end of terrible, very friendly but if you have any issue he will openly blame a teacher and not take any ownership in getting it resolved. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDefinitely do not feel the school is safe. Staff in the front office yelling at my child in front of me in a very disrespectful tone. I was appalled by the unprofessional behavior by administration. Hopefully, there will be more protocols with respect to parents and staff in the near future. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have nothing but a great experience with. Central Elementary. We moved from a different school and the change was absolutely positive! My son’s excited to go to school and learn new things! The teacher challenges him which hasn’t getting before. When he knows what they are learning she makes work more challenging for him. So he is learning. The teacher has been in contact with parents about what’s going on. We get newsletters and reports. I could not be more happy with the school and the teachers!
