Kitchen and dining room are in one large room off the patio, very light and bright. The front door is off a shared, quiet, communal sidewalk.

Owner pays trash, all other utilities are paid by tenant. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property (patio included). There is an additional charge of $25 per month for each pet.
