No crossing streets to walk to Meadow Park Elementary and South Lake Middle Schools!! (3 minute walk to each school) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse, 2 assigned covered parking spaces, nice size patio, great neighborhood close to Meadow Park Pool and field. Kitchen and dining room are in one large room off the patio, very light and bright. The front door is off a shared, quiet, communal sidewalk.

Owner pays trash, all other utilities are paid by tenant. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property (patio included). There is an additional charge of $25 per month for each pet.
