Rent includes snow removal and trash removal. Tenants pay water/sewer, electric, and economical gas heat. There is no off-street parking available, but space can be rented in the public garage across the street. A laundromat is located less than a block away. Absolutely no smoking allowed.

References, verifiable income, and credit check, or co-signers are required. Serious inquiries only please. This property will go fast!

We conduct showings during the week (Monday - Friday) during business hours (10am to 6pm). We do not do showings on the weekends. There is a grocery store, hardware store, pediatricians office, kids dentist and a could restaurants within a five minute drive (15-20 min walk). And the elementary school is just around the block. "

    "It’s a family friendly neighborhood close to everything! It’s unique in that there are 3 bike paths including trails that lead to lake Champlain which is only about 5 to 10 minute walk! Take another short walk to Ethan Allen park or cross country ski there in the winter including a wooden bridge that leads to Ethan Allen homestead. Enjoy craft beers at the simple roots brewery which is literally a 5 min walk. "
