My daughter attended this school for one day and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. As a parent of a nonverbal child with an IEP, communication, patience, and professionalism are extremely important to me. From the very first interaction, I felt unwelcome and dismissed.I was never properly introduced to my child’s teacher or shown the classroom environment. The teacher stated she was unaware my daughter would even be joining her class that day and had little information about her needs. Pickup communication on the first day was also handled in a way that felt rude and confrontational rather than understanding or supportive.I completely understand schools have schedules and policies, however first impressions matter, especially when working with children who require extra care and support. As a parent, I did not feel comfortable leaving my child in an environment where communication already felt negative on day one.I hope the school improves its parent communication and transition process for future families.

We as a school need more kids that are willing to learn, my peers are mainly kids who don't have goals for college. I've found a sweet spot with Teens who are interested in sports and learning and i am sticking it out at this school with hopes for the future. It's not the school, the teachers or the facilities, not even the teachers.. It's the students. It is a amazing campus with amazing and loving staff, The adults are very trustworthy and caring. The Curriculum is great and challenging, The Athletics and Coaches are amazing. We need better community and harsher punishments for Problem Starters.
