The house sits on a little under 1/2 an acre lot, surrounded by trees and plenty of pomegranates. The house has central heating, AC and a cute old fashioned fireplace.     "This is the only gated community in the Saugus zip code. It is an enclave of 91 homes on 1+ acre lots most of which have gorgeous views. The HOA is low and the benefits huge! Homes in this area do not frequently come up for sale, most who move here rarely move unless change of job and relocation, or downsizing after the children are grown and gone. Circle J Ranch Estates are a gem in the City of Santa Clarita."
