The first floor master is very large, 24'x32' (760SF), with his & her walk-in closets and a private patio accessed by a french door. BR2 is also very large and has 2 closets, including a large walk-in. A family room with non-working fireplace leads to the kitchen, which features oak cabinetry, an island, nearly new range( 1 yr) and refrigerator( 2yr) and a bright breakfast room. There is also a formal dining room, a formal living room, a laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink, and a 3 season sun room at the rear of the home.

The upstairs features 2 large bedrooms, one has a wall of closets, a built-in office/study area with desk, counter & cabinets. The other has 2 walk-in closets. There is a two car attached garage with two (2) openers as well as a large storage shed out back with a work bench. The home has central air and a high efficiency (95%) furnace except for the master, which is equipped with electric baseboard heating and built-in air conditioner.

1 year lease, plus 1 month security deposit at move-in. We do not participate in the voucher program. Tenant is responsible for all utilities & snow removal, lawn will be cared for by owner. This property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
