We are offering our ranch style home for rent. This home is on an ideal neighborhood on a quiet street with a creek in the front yard. The large back yard includes raised beds and a large chicken coop. The house runs on well water while the yard is watered with a creek pump.

This is a furnished property. We prefer a one year lease. The tenant is responsible for paying propane for gas appliances (stove and tankless water heater) kerosene for winter heating, electricity and trash collection. The home is cooled by swamp cooler which we will walk you through if you're unfamiliar . We will consider a family dog, chickens and outside (garage) cats with an additional pet deposit. Lawn care is included.

There is a detached guest bedroom with private bathroom that we would consider adding to the lease with an additional fee.

Round Valley School District is amazing and has won awards for top CA schools. The weather is wonderful, this area have 360 days a year of sunshine. Summer warmth and cool evening. Winters are mild with very little snow. Snow is within 15 minutes if you enjoy winter skiing snowshoeing ect. I would highly recommend this neighborhood and area. I have lived here for over 20 years."
