The outdoor space is extremely functional with a gorgeous, heated pool and spa. The fully fenced backyard offers a heated pool, tropical landscaping, BBQ area with an outdoor table with 8 chairs, outdoor conversation and seating areas in the front and in the backyard, four lounge chairs with small tables around the pool and two white ledge loungers in the pool.

Owner is responsible for arranging for and paying for all utility services including: water, sewer, electric, trash collection, high speed internet service, lawn service and pool service. No smoking allowed indoors.

The people in this neighborhood are very nice and very welcoming to all of the neighbors. There is a public swimming pool only$4 per day all day to swim and there is also a huge park for all of the kids."
