About this House

Available late-July, beautiful apartment in Leucadia

We remodeled this apartment about 18 months ago and it came out great. It's an upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings, skylights, very bright and airy feeling with a great layout. Pretty much everything was updated including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, doors, trim, etc.

There is a small deck off the back which is great for watching the sunset. A one-car garage and one assigned parking space are included. There is a good amount of storage space in the unit as well. Laundry is shared but the laundry room is very close, this is only a 9-unit building.

Location is a 10/10. West of the 5, close to the beach, but not right up along noisy Coast Hwy and the train tracks. We're fortunate to be nestled back in a really nice, safe neighborhood. Great for walking and biking.

We accept cats and can also accomodate a small to medium-sized, well-trained and well-behaved dog.

We have a lot of great tenants here and I'm hoping to find some more. If interested, send me a message. I don't have a ton of photos of this unit so you'll have to come see it for yourself. Thanks for viewing :)

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
