This apartment has wood floors throughout, tons of natural light, a full kitchen with all the amenities, and a spacious living and dining room area. The television has a roku device for streaming or a dvd player if you're feeling old school.

The bedroom has a full size dresser, drawers beneath the queen-size bed and a side table for storage. The bathroom has lovely tile and countertops, a combo shower and soaking tub and a walk-in closet with shelves for all your linen and towels.

This unit is available for 1 to 6 months as a mid-term rental. Two occupant maximum per lease. Perfect for traveling professionals, students, nurses etc.

No smoking inside. House-trained, small to medium dog friendly. Again, this unit comes with utilities included and is fully furnished and full of amenities (including kitchenware, bath and bedroom linens, coffeepot, blender and microwave etc)

Lease options are flexible (1-6 months at a time). Refundable $500.00 security deposit and a non-refundable $150.00 cleaning deposit along with first month's rent is due at the signing.
Two person occupancy allowed, but If a guest stays for more than 10 days out of the month, they must be added to the lease.
Two parking spaces allotted in driveway only.
The landlords take care of landscaping.
