Around it you will find a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping & golf courses. Some of the South Mountain hiking & biking trails are walking distance from the house. Access to Mountain Park Ranch community centers with heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, volleyball, kids play area, and more is included.

Bedroom#1: King-size bed w/ walk-in closet & access to the pool & backyard | Bedroom#2: Queen-size bed | Bedroom#3: Two twin-size beds that can be connected together.
